Option 1:
Having an Instagram with just like 300 followers, barely like 5 posts, all of which reflect that you're not a popular guy (you dont have lots of friends, you dont go to parties, etc.)
Option 2:
Not having social media at all. This way they can't really know how popular/unpopular you are; but this comes at the cost of appearing suspicious and non-NT, which might cause some foids to run away (even if they're physically attracted to you, they might want to avoid the headache of figuring you out).
