why are you getting it? lip lift is too gay,uncanny looking and i think its almost always a bad idea on men. your philtrum is barely long and lip lift will leave you with a scar and make your lips too big...

not worth it, you're gonna have those scars there forever. your philtrum length is fine. mine is LONGER than yours but i'd never get a lip lift! if you want bigger lips then try volufiline or lip filler.
