Can you ask Zarrinbal if he does lefort 3 or modified lefort 3 osteotomy? My midface is fucked and the surgeons where I live are too conservative even though I legit look like a retard.

From what I read online :
Birbe - i didnt know him
Zarrinbal - very conservative but I guess its a safe pick, some downvote him
Defrancq - idk about his maxfac skills seems like a reasonable doc
Rafaini - probably the best pick in europe but the most expensive out of the above

5 years after discovering PSL but I wasn't deadset om getting it until 2017
Had I not tied all my money up in the crypto crash I could've afforded it in 2018
I couldn't truely focus on saving money while I was roiding because I spent so much energy pursuing slays
Now I just want to ascend and never approach another female
