Cope thats just not true, finasteride what shown to keep the base line for most people for at least 10 years in many studies, and thats JUST SHIT fimasteride, we have much stronger options now like dutasteride, oral minoxidil (mogs the shit out of topical minoxidil in terms of regrowth), and sm04554 will be out in like two years which will tacle the problem in a different way

Yes but these drugs not only block DHT but ruin the system and receptors. You essentially have to block a hormone that makes you feel like a man. The hormone that made your dick grow during puberty. These drugs have caused permanent sexual dysfunction in a lot of people. Why risk it? DHT alone is not responsible for hair loss anyway. There are many other factors which is why often they don't stop hairloss entirely.

yes all the androgens are responsible for hairloss, but dht is the most dangerous one for the hair follicles thats why drugs like finasteride and dutasteride are very effective in the first 5-10 years and slow down hairloss dramatically, handling androgens as a way to stop balding is a bad way of doing it as you would have to turn yourself into a tranny just to stop balding completely, thats why sm04554 is so promising because it bypasses the need to having to block androgens.

Practically finasteride is enough for most people, if you are autistic and want to keep a good head of hair for the rest of your life then you would need stronger/better options in the long term
