Ironically I wish I could turn back time and re-watch these:
  • Interstellar
  • Arrival
  • Donnie Darko
  • Edge of Tomorrow
  • Predestination
  • Looper
  • 12 Monkeys
  • Haunting of Hill House (not a movie but still a time loop I enjoyed).
Please recommend any other time loops, I love meaningful movies like these.

I don't think Arrival was a time loop,

I will say 12 Monkeys. But Back to the Future and Bill and Ted's Excellent adventure were better.

Primer (2004) is one of those. But it is VERY complicated, you will have to watch a explained video on yt afterwards.

The german Netflix show "Dark" is also genius, if you love timeloop shit 100% watch it, but you have to pay attention cause it also gets complicated and everything is important.

Arrival was a time loop but in a different way, in fact a huge theme of the film is that time’s circular rather than linear, this is why the alien communication is a circle rather than a linear “sentence”.

And Looper would be my least favorite. The scene where he cuts a message to himself into his arm, then one letter at a time it appears on his arm in the other timeline at just the right time for it to make sense to him (and advance the storyline), complete absurdity.

Edge of Tomorrow, not much brain power required and extremely entertaining.

  • Love it

Fair enough about that scene but as a whole I loved the movie
