You absolutely NEED a maxillary downgraft. You have the opposite problem that many here have, your maxilla simply doesn't have enough downward growth. I'm sure your teeth were touching in this picture, and I'm sure you notice that you look much better if your lips are sealed but your teeth are not touching.

Agreed but a hair system would look comical on him because of retrograde alopecia (thin side hair) and recessed temples, you could look into SMP (look it up theres some good case studies you just need to be conservative).
You have slavic phenotype I can tell by the lower third - deep mentolabial fold/short face.
bimax + clear skin + smp + muscle gain.
