why not add your blood panel into the post, I also had slighty bad urea in my last test, but we can't asses the seriousness thb

check electrolyte and overdose water, I'm talking 7L on one day 1x a week nettle or ginger tea

I think it was a coincidence and you were just dehydrated with protein overdose and sore muscles...???
