Some factors to consider:
-education duration
-sustainability/stability
-lucrativeness
-respect/status
-satisfaction
-intellectually rewarding

Medicine every time, higher wages, higher status, less cognitively demanding.

I already have my answer in mind. Interesting to listen to different perspectives but it has no significant bearing on my choice.

Only do medicine if you are going into dermatology. Dermatology has the best hours of any high status profession, 30-50 hours a week. You choose your vacation times and how long.

It’s the easiest work, you just pop pimples and clean faces all day

It is one of the highest paid doctors

you’ll have a natural affinity for it and will have more knowledge about skincare and maintenance than most of these normie doctors due to the knowledge you’ll gain from this site and BOTB

It’s pretty competitive though so be ready if you choose to go that route

Medicine mogs hard. Better wages, job security and reputation but takes a lot of time to get graduate and the job of a doctor is a tedious one.

Yeah that's the only downside. It also depends on where you live. In many countries medicine is offered as an undergrad course which takes 1-2 years longer than an engineer course.

Medicine has significantly higher wages, especially if you intend to become a doctor so it's worth the sacrifice.

Engineering is much more intellectually challenging and has much lower wages.
