Lookswise they are all equal, so probably whichever has the deepest voice.

The most potential yes. But he would need to put in a lot of work to mog the other guys. Right now he's equal SMV to every one else, based on looks alone.

Edit: They all have potential but that's all it is. They'd have to loose fat, gain muscle, and some need surgeries, and get better hair cuts and other softmaxing.

For almost all of them it's impossible to say because we can't see their bones. They are far too fat. But some probably need some kind of surgery.

The guy on the far left, his bottom palette is far too narrow. I don't know the name of the surgery or treatment but something to expand his bottom palette.
