I think you'll do fine with women in the future but it might take a while.
You've probs been told this a million times but focus on looking upbeat, happy and youthful, think what you wear might go a long way for this tbh

your chin height isn't THAT bad tbf, you have a very prominent mentolabial fold and largish lips which makes it appear quite short though.
surgery focus should be on the rhino most definitely, would question if you need surgery for chin height. People on here are obvs gonna comment on your chin height but I guarantee it's not as bad as you may think.

Looks like you have forehead wrinkles in the last pic though
hop on tret and beta carotene if you're not already, getting youthful glowing skin will be hard for you but would do you wonders.

True I need to up my skinmaxxing routine it makes me look 20 years older than I am.

Definitely up your skinmaxxing routine as well.

As bluepilled as this sounds, you have a very serious and stern expression on in all your photos, idk if you have it irl but it ages you more and makes you look too boring to be a viable option for uni girls
practice facial expressions and try to make your resting face more youthful and upbeat if needed, I think it would go a long way in your case.
