Which one should i get first

i am considering getting canthopexy and rhinoplasty, i want to get the cantho first as its more of a flaw for me but i heard you should get the surgeries including your middle face first, is it true

There is a static canthopexy, usually done for fixing downward or rounded lateral canthal tilt, and a dinamic approach that gives you temporal lift/ ''cat eyes'' too. if you are young and dissatisfied with eye area you probably need to fix bones with implants and or osteotomies, ALSO remember that scleral show is fixed with spacer graft not adding more and more tension on the lateral canthus.

rhinoplasty in a man is overrated, if you feel your nose to be too big or flat on the profile the real problem could be a maxillary hypoplasia and poor forward growth. in that case get rhinoplasty along with lefort1 (part of bimax) and cheekbone implants.

and did you get any of these prodecures and if yes how did they go, i cant find many people on internet that had a cantho

it depends on your bone structure,send pic to some expert looksmaxer in private, maybe telegram so pic disappears after some seconds. if you decide for yourself and only ask for a surgeon opinion you risk to get botched
