Which order to perform surgeries and how do I qualify a surgeon?

Met with orthodontist, first minute he wanted to throw braces on me but after he noticed all my profound knowledge I gained from this site and the vocabulary I was using, he knew he couldn't scam that shit on me. So great news as insurance covers my bimax surgery (lucky me). Pretty much plan on doing:
-Bimax
-Rhinoplasty
-Almond Eye Surgery
-Hair transplant

Does the order matter?

Also, what should I look for in a surgeon? Will a regular oral surgeon suffice or does he have to specialize in cosmetic surgery? What do I tell them to get a chiseled jawline?

you wont get chiseled jawline with bimax, bimax will only give you better forward growth and decreases reccession when combined with ccw and bsso.

for chiseled jawline you need either jawimplants or chin wing depending on your jaw and low bf. if you want the ogree curve you need good protruding zygos.

OP,

The order of your eye surgery and hair transplant does not matter.

However it is VERY important to have rhinoplasty AFTER bimaxillary surgery. Your maxilla is what your nose is attracted to - make sure your maxilla is in its final position before correcting the nose as LeFort I can change the convexity/concavity of the dorsum, Projection, and the nasolabial angle.

Not too sure about sleep apnea, havent had decent sleep for over a decade so I assume so. Orthodontist assumed as well

This is not as important but I would still advice yes.

The appearance of eyes is influenced by many illusions of balance and ratios including nasal bridge. When rhinoplasty is being planned, it is best nasolabial harmony is assessed against features that are final.
