And should I work out at home on the horizontal bar between boxing workouts (3 per week), because I don't know if I still have the strength to restore my muscles

close grip pulldown for lats, neutral grip

make sure to pull from your back and not your biceps

Any type of pullups when you relaxing the scapulas at the end of the movement
