SEA. Non-Hispanic White: 1540
Non-Hispanic Black: 1675
Hispanic (Any race): 1950

Couldn't find data on Asians and American Indians for 2022, but historically, Indians have always had a much higher birth rate than whites, but lower than blacks. And Asians have similiar birth rates to whites.

So, I think whites and asians have the most truecels in America
