Anything SPF 50 is good enough. Also if you are in heavy sun you are actually meant to reapply every hour as it loses its strength.

Wearing SPF50 means you are getting the equivalent of 1 minute of regular sun exposure over 50 minutes in the sun (or more simply, allows you 50 times the amount of sun exposure than you can normally withstand without getting skin damage).

Also I have very greasy hair and never change my pillow so that is like he best cream you can put on your face

Look for sunscreens that say physical/ mineral (means the same thing) . They usually have zinc oxide as the main ingredient. If you want look for a tinted one cause apparently it leaves a white cast. La roche posay and neutrogena look like they have good mineral sunscreens
