diet is key but im really interested in the world of nootropics as I've seen benefits from ashwagandha 5 htp and magnesium

Only real nootropic is pig semen brah. Gay if u heard of it and dont suck a twirly pig penis. I saw a post on Reddit where OP did that and instantly thought better.

i dont think semen can be reabsorbed very well

Highest absorption is directly into the colon via the rectum. You obviously don't know your nootropics

Semen is very legit

i would only take mastic gum and collagen and add omega 3.
the key is to eat right and go outside in the sun and workout.

It's been known to give users better brain activity and to help with skin aging and skin disorders.Such as, psoriasis,acne,eczema and etc
 
Just eat kiwis for vitamin C. It will help with digestion too.
Basic stack:
d3+k2
magnesium
zinc
For gymcelling:
creatine HCL
Everything else is kinda cope.

Do u take all the supplements at once? I heard I have to space them out for better absorption

What i usually do is take different supplements depending on what time of the day is.For example.Breakfast time i would take the vitamin c and vitamin d3 supplements.Lunch i would take zinc and magnesium supplements.Dinner i would take the omega 3 and potassium supplements.
