I want to make these changes on my face:

push chin forward
under eye hollows to be removed & maxilla should be pushed forward too
area between nose and lips need to be smaller (lip lift)
nose job for deviation

Is there any surgeries I should look into that might combine one or two of these? or am i meant to get all of those separately?
i can consider even braces if that solves the issues.

i heard doctors won't do le forte on everyone which could solve most of the issues but my face isn't too bad looking to get my whole skull changed(doctors perspectivee) but i still wanna improve it.
I will be getting these done overseas.

Dr. Sinn does modified LF3 combined with LF1 it can cover the thrive LF3 area outside of the nose, combined with LF2 it’s basically Leforte 3.

Oh shit fr? That’s a giant fucking bummer then. I guess MLF3 + LF2 + Lower eyelid retraction and infrpa orbital implants are the ideal way to mimic LF3

just mlf3 + infraoribtal rims + lower eyelid retraction seems good, probably my plan if i cant get lf3

I thought MLF3 doesn’t include LoweR maxilla

Pictures are worth a thousand words.

Just because some bread and butter Plastic & OMFS say no doesn't mean a dedicated expert will say no. It makes sense that a 3rd Molar Extraction and Dental Implant-dominant practice and a Boobmill Plastic Surgery practice will say no.

PUSH CHIN FORWARD
-Naturally: Mewing. Tilting your head up and act like you're kissing the ceiling. Gives you a workout on the lower jaw area and burns fat slowly. Must do this 3x a day daily intensely minimum. You should always be sore the morning after. This will burn fat and bring more muscles in that area.
-Surgically: Chin implants.

EYE HOLLOWS
-Naturally: Get some sleep. 8 hours minimum. For skin care, I just googled this: https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=under+eye+hollows
-Surgically: Talk to a plastic surgeon I guess. I don't know much about surgery to fix that.

LIP LIFT
-Surgery sounds like the best way.

NOSE JOB
-self-explanatory.

If you're getting surgery, I would do the lip lift, nose job, and chin implants first. Eye hollows you could fix but it takes patience.
