just get the surgeries. i assume you will be getting bimax. leave the bimax to surgeon.

for jaw implants etc later you can discuss it with your surgeon or consult someone if the implant design would look harmonious on you.

I need ccw though that isn’t very conservative, and my maxila is flat that needs to be brought forward some, and I technically have an underbite but my chin is also recessed so idk how they will bring my mandible forward as it needs to be without bringing my maxila too far out

usually the risk of ruined harmony gets real when you try to augment your features rather than fixing your failos

for example you have negative tilted eyes. when you get surgery to make it natural tilted you will have far less risk of ruining harmony than a natural tilted man getting surgery to make it positive.

same goes for jaw etc.

for example you have negative tilted eyes. when you get surgery to make it natural tilted you will have far less risk of ruining harmony than a natural tilted man getting surgery to make it positive.

same goes for jaw etc.

So I’m not really at risk of fucking up my eye area as long as I ask for a neutral tilt instead of a positive tilt basically?

ideal occlusal plane will always be for the better and frankly has nothing to do with facial harmony. ccw rotation allows more mandible advancement

I’d prefer narrow palate with hollow cheeks than no hollow cheeks and wide palate, I’ll just get my smile widened a bit with braces so I don’t have a 6 tooth anymore

idk i am not sure if its even worth. i had flared hollow cheek 1 month ago but gone now.

might as well just say fuck off to hollow cheeks and enjoy wide smile.
