None of those produce what jutting gives. Bsso is for retruded mandible. Bimax is bsso + maxilla surgery. Genio just brings the chin forward?

Bsso is what extends the mandible similar to jutting, but if you just do that you will have an overbite, so you need maxillary protection as well
