Which surgery should I get first?

I plan on getting the following surgeries:


- Rhinoplasty - tip is slightly bulbous making nasal width wider
- Lip flip - philtrum is slightly too long/want top lip more prominent
- Zygo implants - uneven zygos/want more mass in both despite already being high-set and relatively prominent at low bf%
- Gonial implants - narrow lower-third is whats holding me back and cutecel cucking me, ramus/mandible are decent but need flared gonions to truly ascend

Do you have good forward growth bhai? Cuz if your maxilla is recessed you should firstly do this. But if not, depending how brutal your nose is I would go firstly for the rhino.

I have a mild over-bite which is being treated with invisalign, other than that my forward growth is pretty normal.

I mention my over-bite as I was worried that it was due to the recession of my maxilla, but it's not, my orthodontist concluded its just teeth misalignment.
