Which surgery would you say its the best in terms of Cost/Looks improvement

I have to go with lingual frenilectomy

Lefort 3 obv but the most invasive prolly not worth the risk unless u need it for medical reasons. But it could potentially ascend one's psl by a good amount if everything goes well
