Which surgery?

Guys I need your surgery opinion. I am scheduled for a rhino in a month and I know that’s absolutely necessary. However I had an overbite as a child and got braces for it which I think pulled my upper jaw backwards and as a result i think my upper and lower jaw got recessed. Should I get a bimax next? Or would something else be better? I have the money for it but I just don’t know which surgeries I would profit from the most.

Rhino and bimax is probably the right call. Also look into esophagectomy.

From what I've heard bimax alters your nose, try and do a bit of research to be sure

Maybe even after the bimax you would reconsider the rhino.

Your nose shape is just fine in my opinion. the problem is the jaws
