Which surgery's are worth in your opinion are worth like overall where you can't do anything wrong . Btw is it worth getting rhinoplasty when you have high body fat cause of bulk or na. Since lot of people say when you go down let's say from 20% to 10% that your nose is changing brutally and might not fit your face or form 26% to 12% just overall body weight and fat

3. Although its maybe not a surgery, hair transplant
4. forehead reduction
5. buccal fat removal
6. Jaw implants, NOT FILLERS

And yes its true your nose changes brutally, but it varies from person to person, it really changed the nose of my sister, she lost 20kg and it got better, but of course it varies.
And please dont do a rhinoplasty at high bf% except if you have a jewcell nose.
