I take omega 3, magnesium citrate, vitamin k2 (MK7), vitamin d3, zinc, vitamin a, and vitamin c.

i only take vitamin C as a diuretic and astaxanthin for red skin

I'm thinking about D3 too, but i don't know if i get a supplement with a decent dosage or just get the d3 from sun (but i'd get tan, idk if i want to)

Most vitamins and minerals are cope, you can get the amount enough of them just by having a healthy diet. Supplementating some of them can increase estrogen's levels and shit

They both are good for men health cuz they increase testosterone
Zink inhibites aromatase which converts test to estrogen
Ashwagandha lowers cortisol which is an antagonist/enemy of test

yeah, you're right, to an extent.
ALA, EPA, and DHA are found in a large array of foods, it's just the efficacy of conversion rate of alpha-linolenic-acid and eicosapentaenoic acid to docosahexaenoic acid, people don't eat as much seafood as they should, so supplementation is justified.
magnesium is a good one, I use it for sleep.

My skin is flawless now, I had worst acne ever, this cope stack plus some skin care killed it. My testosterone levels are up 40% (I did tests before starting supplementing herbal T booster and after). I feel like I am on gear now but I am not.

Combine this cope stack with HIIT, sauna, fasting, good sleep, good diet and you will be good, supplementing won't change a shit if you don't change your lifestyle. People tell me I look healthy now, well, yeah I feel so.

More confident, low inhib, increased libido, feeling like fucking alpha, like I could beat the shit out of everyone. As I already said I was on gear before so I know the feeling so it's certainly no placebo. I also started red light therapy on my balls like week ago. It's stupid so it can works too.

Lost 25% of my hair when I was on gear, no other sides, I was stupid af becouse I didn't take fin. Now I can't comment as I am on fin and seti so I am not losing any more hair ofc.
