Which way of taking pictures is more accurate?

Taking video with the back camera or facing the mirror with your phone and taking a video with the back camera? Which one shows the most accurate version of your face?

mirror tbh. i made videos with samsung s8 and iphone 11 pro max. they both had different lightings than mirrors. mirrors are natural lighting but obviously mirrored but nobody notices other than u

Back camera facing you with no mirror

Since the mirror flips your image it doesn't accurately represent how people see you irl. A video with a high quality tv camera is the best way.
