White Coworker Started Crying Over "Looks Indian" Remark

Just remembered this interaction from 2 years ago because of discussions on this forum.

I remember how a bunch of white women in their little cliques at work were seated at lunch this one time and a good looking girl of them showed them her new boyfriend. His name was Carlos.

I never saw the pic but a chubby coworker at the table looked at it and said, "huh, he looks Indian." In a normal conversational tone, perhaps a bit too animated if I'm being honest.

The girl started to cry...
