They're basically whites that consider themselves too good for other whites. They are literally racist against other whites they see as lesser than them. Their 'white guilt' is actually just a giant superiority complex. They don't care if other whites get fucked by immigration or ethnic crime because they don't even see those other whites as being the same 'race' as them, but rather as some other entirely different entity.

This is supported by the fact that white liberals almost exclusively live around other white liberals and don't typically care for ethnics despite their supposed devotion to multiculturalism.
