Am I fucking doomed. I heard white rice causes bloating and is bad especially if u wanna lose body fat percentage.

I’m kinda skinny fat but at the same time growing so I don’t wanna cut.

So I eat rice and chicken and other high protein stuff.

Will i get bloated from rice. What the fuck do I do. My family doesn’t eat potatoes and only eats pasta and rice.


I mean I’m already bloated from oral minox hgh and other roids. But atleast that bloat is temporary. I need rice or some carb throughout my lifetime no? What do I do

250 grams a day. Not obese obv. But my goal is to get lean and make sure my bones in my face pop out. Yes I have decent bone mass , and building muscle while not actually cutting since I growing.

according to dorian saraci you can cut while being skinny-fat and going to the gym and the fat will be used as energy, best of both worlds (idk if ure even going to gym tho u might use the roids for other purposes)

True so basically white rice is dogshit. But I need an alternative hers why

This is how it usually goes

500 gm of chicken/turkey and broccoli or some other veggies with rice(culprit)usually

500 mL to 1 L of raw milk with some whey protein powder

4 eggs with bread sourdough not some cheap ass white bread

2 bananas

Maybe some nuts and i use coconut or olive oil. Switched up

in that case just eat very nutrient dense, like eggs every breakfast maybe some meat there too - if you want it badly enough you will spend your allowance on buying it for you, you will thank yourself in the future

honestly man its not just the calories that matters. asia used to eat nothing but rice & tofu, and they became shortest in the entire world and their dicks as well. what matters more is what you are eating. just get a lot of animal products inside of you

broccoli does nothing, the nutrients in it arent as bio-available as you'd expect, instead you get goitrogens (which rapes your thyroid hormones), oxalates (which lowers your calcium absorption and irritates your gut), and phytic acid (lowers your calcium, magnesium & zinc absorption). It is one of the worst things you could consume

if you have raw milk then that is really really good, it has bio-available growth hormones that humans can absorb (originally meant for the calf to grow) and very nutrient dense, you should be using that as your carb source, not fking rice or pasta.
Also protein powder is typically a waste product, kinda like sausage but 100 times worse, its not needed at all imo and sometimes they can be more negative than positive, you shouldnt need it imo

i wouldnt eat them together as eggs are fat and bread are carbs. and bread has phytic acid which would lower the absorption of certain nutrients from the egg. There is nothing in bread that will make your body grow besides a spike/release in insulin (which u can get from the raw dairy) good that youre eating eggs tho, i eat them raw personally

bananas arent that bad imo, but it seems to me you are eating too many times a day. Doing that will ruin your insulin sensitivity and make weight gain a lot easier (worse metabolism). If you eat 4 times a day you will rape your insulin sensitivity (if ure on HGH you could probably get away with doing that though) if youre natural in your case 3 would be better as ur in puberty i assume

olive isnt good, its the least worse seed-oil but its still not good, especially for cooking (heat doesnt react well to it), coconut oil is good tho, you can use butter as well.
i thought my whole life nuts were good but its omega-6 not omega-3, and it has a lot of oxalates and phytic acid inside of it, its just not that great tbh

So i only have two choices unfortunately.

1.) eat less calories maybe only around 1500-1800
But avoid rice, bread and nuts and other shit

2.) Get 2500 calories but ig with rice and other shit that u told is bad.

What do i do now.i wish i was atleast 6'3 but I'm not. Especially what option is better for my height my testosterone and for losing bf itself since I'm kinda skinny fat.

youre on HGH tho so you kind of need to eat a lot of carbs to constantly trigger the hgh into igf1 conversion, u can get away with it like i said (skip nuts tho it doesnt trigger an igf1 spike)

both works tbh as ure on hgh. being on hgh and eating high carb/sugar is called "the sugar diet" here, people like loox and clark did it, u can get away with it but remember u still need some animal food consumption they cant fully replace it, maybe u can find a middle ground. drop the nuts tho it doesnt benefit either situation.
