My teeth were piss stained yellow before I started using hydrogen peroxide. My own parents made fun of me for having non brushed yellow teeth. What I did to fix it was wash my mouth with water than use h2o2 and swish around front of the mouth for 30 min every day then brush teeth after for 2-3 min with flouride based toothpaste, preferably gum restore crest. Do this for a week then you'll see results. Take a month break and repeat. If your a bitch and can't handle only h2o2 then use water to dilute it then swish. Might cause gum recession and gingivitis.
