May 1st 2023, a fight erupted in a subway, resulting of one homeless black dying asphyxiation from a chokehold. Jordan Neely is the black and Daniel Penny is the white.
Neely previously faced 42 charges, including but not limited to:
jumping subway turnstiles
multiple assaults
multiple batteries
petty larceny
theft
indecent exposure; he pulled his pants down infront of a woman on the subway
violating restraining order
The NYPD told about his previous arrest from 2013-2021, and even him still having an active warrant. On May 1, Jordan began threatening to kill everyone on the NYC subway:
"I don't have food, I don't have a drink, I'm fed up. I don't mind going to jail and getting life in prison. I'm ready to die, someone is going to die today."
At this point, Penny came up behind Neely and took him to the ground in a chokehold, keeping him there for some 15 minutes. Neely, who was living on the streets and had a history of mental health issues, lost consciousness after being put in the chokehold, and EMS workers at the station were unable to revive him. Neely had numerous prior arrests for offenses including assault, disorderly conduct, and fare beating.
Penny was taken into custody and released without charges. The investigation is ongoing and authorities were waiting on autopsy results before deciding whether to pursue charges against Penny. On May 13th Daniel has turned himself in to the NYPD. Result? A 30 minute interrogation
and liberals begin to protest for this nigger like hes george floyd
