they obtain power through the same methods that jews do.

unbelievably strong ingroup bias (believe all women, preselection, etc)
maintaining high public image while being devious devils on the inside
using other groups to fight eachother (get other men to fight eachother) to shift the blame to other groups besides them who instigated it.
etc etc.

i could honestly go on and on about the tactics jews and women use to gain power in society. i think the script is being flipped on the jews currently, which idk if is intentional or not. but it will never be flipped on women because too many simps will allow it the second a stacy shows them attention.
