Pretty much. That is the main reason why society cant fix itself, as long as women have rights to reproduction.

It really doesnt matter what kind of monetary system you design to encourage people with higher empathy, IQ and low time preference, as long as some low inhib criminal get access to more (and better) pussy, society will go that direction
