I started MSM and NAC in the last 2 weeks and my parents told me I looked pale (I was already pretty lightskin to begin with) and my friends asked if I was going outside (I am not). I have been taking vit c, lutein for a few weeks before and got some results. I have also been taking many other supplements in my 9 supplement stack. I will achieve vampire pheno or death.

undertone pill is real. I WILL CLEAR MY UNDERTONES COMPLETELY AND GET RED UNDERTONES. I wont say Im not curry or something else (all curry is curry) as curry if someone asks, I am half paki anyways. Its legit though, Ive been on these supplments for 2 months now and these new ones are going crazy

Lutein+zeaxabthon
Vitamin c
Liposomal gluta (5g)
Niacin (clears methyl groups)
Magnesium glycine(yo need glycine to keep the reactions going)
Zinc

Even if you have redbubdertones, the redder the better so they pop out more on light skin
So lycopene, beef liver and sun dried tomatoes

Also isn't nac like already kinda gluta? Do you really need both gluta and nac?

What dosage or how many do you take daily?
once you can take more like twice but i wanted it to last a while and i was taking lots opf oter stuff at the same time

How many pills of each supplement you take per day or per week, be more precise with your routine. And btw do you really think it made a difference or potentially just a placebo effect ?
