I have really weird skin type, my skin is oily in summers but dry in winters both of which give my skin a dark look, is there any scientific guide to decreasing melanin to give skin a whiter look?

Sorry but there's no way to genuinely lighten your skin unless you're trying to reverse a permanent tan caused by long term sun damage. You can never get lighter than your genetic base. (the third world would flock to it if it was possible)

J-147, aspirin and the shit MJ was on
MJ used monobenzone but that's for vitiligo patients (which he was). It has very minimal effect on non-vitiligo patients because your body will more than likely repigment into being dark again whereas a vitiligo patient's body will actively fight melanin and monobenzone is prescribed to help speed up that process and create an even skin tone.

I mean Glutathione injections/medications are the closest thing to turning me into Aryan Chad from neolithic period 🛞 albeit at the cost of eating my health

Glutathione is more or less a scam, and a very expensive one at that. 99% of the premise that glutathione gives you lighter skin is because people speculate IU the kpop idol takes them and got lighter skin for when all we know she could've just detanned which is very common with East Asians who can fluctuate from a light brown tan to somewhat pale skin.

There's no official dosage for glutathione either, everyone is just giving you their own mama juju concoction and telling you it's the right dosage. There's not even enough studies to prove that glutathione is safe to consume in this manner and to top it all off it's usually "recommended" you get constant dosages which are not at all cheap. Glutathione skin whitening is currently nothing more than a scam.

Yeah if you're lighter skinned naturally then you can take measures to remove your tan. You might need a bit more than just kojic acid though. You might need to implement things like Vitamin C supplements, retinoids, and chemical peels depending on how severe and long lasting your tan is. Here are some vids about the subject:

It's only impossible to ligthen your base colour from what I can tell.

brutal but people like me who got darker in 20s want to go back to being light like they were in teens. What do? trying kojic acid soap JFL btw it's not just from tan, i think there are other factors that can result in skin becoming darker too, i have yet to find out which specific issue is affecting me and made my skin darker past few years though.

I just wrote up a reply to this scenario. If you were naturally lighter and then grew darker thanks to long term sun damage there are ways to help reverse the process. Other than that I have found no true way to lighten one's skin tone.

Skin usually doesn't do that unless you had continuous exposure to the sun. Do you have any lighter patches on your body that resemble your old colouring?

my body is the same color it's always been, my face how ever has darkened the past few years. I'm not making it up either, i can take a look at a photo of 6-7 years ago and i'm quite a bit lighter. There has to be another reason for my darkening, not sun.

Think you're wrong, there are other reasons why skin can darken besides sun/tan.

That's pretty normal because your face is more likely to be exposed to the sun. Most people don't wear full on masks and even using sunscreen daily isn't the most common with most people only bringing it out for extreme sun exposure like a day out on the beach. My face is also the darkest part of my body because I spent a lot of time out in the sun but would always wear long sleeves and cover up my legs.I don't know why I was non-NT about it but in return the rest of my body is a full shade lighter than my face.

Sometimes skin darkens early on in life because your melanin hasn't finished developing but that's usually when you're still a baby/toddler. Sometimes if your skin doesn't respond well to product it can go into defensive mode and start producing hyperpigmentation (this is basically the same defense force that's employed in a tan as your skin tries to produce more melanin to protect itself). Other than those two I can't think of why else your skin might darken. Usually it's due to gradual sun exposure that we don't realise and if your body isn't solidly one tone then that's more or less proof that your face took some form of damage be it by the sun or through some product. If it was age related then the rest of your body would follow.

Alright I appreciate it? I wanted to ask 3 things 1. Does mequinol and hydroquinone work to whiten skin. 2. Can one change their hair type from 3C-2A/2C and make it look natural 3. What are the most effecting ways to cure rednesss and texture on cheeks

If im not wrong high hormones during Puberty are responsible for causing darkening skin (esp. Testosterone), I was born with average tone skin (neither brown nor white) but over the years my skin has darkened to coal ass.
