Whitening strips or bleach??

Any other method in my opinion is completely cope but idk what i should do , bleach or whitening strips . When it comes to bleach I would probally do them myself ( pneomos guide )

Tho i heard alot about whitening strips that they do actually help ( 3d crest whitening strips )

Idk which way to go , any of yall have experience with teeth whitening???

hydrogen peroxide is whats in whitening strips usually but u can diy for higher % and inturn better results

Yea , but im thinking of buying 45% carbimine peroxid ( its basically 1/3 of H2O so like 12% hydrogyn) but yea that was my question if i should white them myself or whiting strips
