Out of all races, ethnocentrism exhibited by whites is the lowest as its actively discouraged in modern western culture.
There's an amusing study on inter ethic perception and whites rated themselves near all other races, while other races perceived whites as the lowest/weakest in most categories and rated themselves noticeably higher than all other races. In other words, all races are ethnocentric, favoring their own, apart from whites.
