I was riding the train to Amsterdam while wearing my muzzie clothes and it’s mandatory to pay an additional fee at the station before boarding the train, not doing this results in a fine and an additional fee, but I forgot about this as I arrived the last few seconds before the train left the station.

Two train employees showed up, one of them was an older white guy who looked racist as hell. I told them about it and they said I should do it when we arrive at the airport. I said I would. When we got to the airport I got out to find it but I couldn’t find it at all. I had less than a minute to find it before the train was leaving and I saw them outside. I approached them and said I tried looking for it but couldn’t find it.

The older white man said “It’s alright, boy. I understand. Don’t worry, get in and sit down.” So I went inside and thanked him. Maybe he’s just a nice dude in general, I thought. Except then someone else wanted to board the train as well and he stopped them, saying “Apologies, but no one is allowed to board anymore.”

I guess because I had asked them while we were headed to Amsterdam and the fact I stepped outside at the Schiphol stop and I encountered them there as well that he knew I wasn’t trying to pull anything off. To be honest in my life I’ve had more experiences where older white men really saved my ass but this is the first time it happened when it was a complete stranger AND I was wearing muzzie clothes.
