It’s hard to pinpoint how many exactly. Some are more subtle than others. But other low iq ones hate x european country. Basically whites hating other whites. Can’t imagine what they think of arabs/blacks

From what I've seen most euros select people based on merit rather than race. It's ethnics who are nepotism babies and discriminate people based on superficial things.

Not especially. Consciously, sure, but sub-consciously nearly all non-ethnik ethnicities (SSA or white) (I'm aware those aren't exact ethnicities, but still) stay within their race whilst picking out a partner for the most part, unless they have way higher merit as you stated. It would take a whole lot more for one outside their race, rather than within to get w/ them.

In that case, I'd reckon non-white races like blacks or hispanics are the most racist races. They're quite open about it, which is unlike many whites, who keep their prejudices silent and show only on a subconscious level. They make fun of white people every 2 seconds, and even if you don't consider that racism, (it is) they're quite open about their hatred for other races. When I was a kid, I faced a lot of racism from blacks and hispanics. In fact, I've never even faced racism from whites, but have been called slurs and horrendous things by blacks & hispanics whom I didn't provoke.

Yeah, it’s much more socially acceptable to be racist as an ethnic in the west since whites all have white guilt plus it’s the PC thing to cuck themselves out for us and bend over backwards at the drop of a dime

I find it funny how some liberal ethnics are glad whites are being replaced by other ethnicities especially blacks since we’re hated worldwide, other ethnics don’t have anything like white guilt to shield them from being racist to you, whites at least tolerate ethnics, ethnics however hate other ethnics

By your definition, in the Anglosphere, it's probably in the 10% range. People who only listen to the mainstream media talk about how evil White people are, or people who rot on politically incorrect spaces like here might say otherwise, but in reality, it's a small minority, unfortunately. If it was higher, you would see that represented more politically. The thing is that Whites have been indoctrinated their whole lives into believing that those ideas you mentioned are completely despicable, so it makes sense that not many believe it.

Whites do tend to have a subconscious preference towards other Whites, as seen by where they choose to live, but I wouldn't call this "looking down on ethnics", it's simply gravitating towards those like themselves, which is what every race does.
