All these American companies thought it was a good idea to put their customer service department in the middle of India, Philippines or some other shit hole country where the people barely speak english. These customer service people barely speak english and talk in the same robotic way and never give a shit about your personal problems.

yeah because they are on different time zones so they are available even overnight

also don't have to pay them much
 
Why would you want them to be on a different time zone? It seems completely counterintuitive because I need to chat with them when I'm awake during the day. Not at fucking midnight like a degenerate
