The plastic surgeons and maxfacs I've spoken to aren't blackpilled enough and won't point out my clear falios when I ask as they all don't advise people on which surgeries they should get.

I'd say ratings alone aren't enough, if you're serious enough about getting surgeries you need to understand your failos yourself.

I don't need anyone to rate me since it's clear as day to me what my failos are after years of exposure to this information. Not to say you need years of study, but a week or two of delving into the facial aesthetic principles underlying a harmonious face and it'll quickly become obvious to yourself what you'll need to change, or at least which direction to head into.

If you're coming from a place of ignorance it's harder to vet bad advice, after all. You'd have to take them at their word, and I'm not sure if that's a risk you'd be willing to make with your face.
