Who else avoids people at all cost?

I avoid people at all cost. Since my BDD reached peak levels I can’t have proper conversations and hold eye contact with people anymore, especially women.

I always keep thinking how do I look in this lightning or how is my jaw positioned now, are my eyebags visible or something like that.

Sick in the head. I’m going to looksmax harder till chadlite-chad levels. I have the potential to reach chadlite chad levels after bimax, at least my side profile.

I compare myself to chads 24/7 on social media even though i know they use filters, lightning etc. Just can’t help it.

Anyone else can relate?

Literally me, as that meme goes.

Put your face thru FaceApp filters or edition, then compare the edited photos with the original. Might have a depressing effect, but it could cause you let go of some of the absurd hyper self-awareness.

Just my experience with peak BDD and those filters.
