I’m going to be quite frank with you, I haven’t done any research on it, however, I’m very knowledgeable about psychology and anatomy so I’m going to give you advice that makes sense to me and you can follow it if it makes sense to you. It sounds to me that it’s a combination of porn addiction along with low T levels unable to keep up with frequent ejaculations. The easiest thing to fix would be to raise your T levels through Sleep 7-9 hours, Eat high fat diet (keto, paleo, primal etc), Buy organic food if possible, Supplement vit D, zinc, magnesium, Get sunlight daily, Limit phytoestrogens from soy, Limit xenoestrogens from plastic, chemical hygiene products, tap water Lift heavy and sprint...

Assuming I know what you're talking about. I was on that shit at a very young age nigga. Heres what I did. The best thing you can do is keep your devices away from you and not pay attention to the time. The more you pay attention to it, the more you remember. You want to forget about doing that shit so you never watch it again.

The basics essentially. The other side of this coin is to stop watching porn, now, I don’t believe there’s anything inherently wrong with watching porn as it’s been proven to raise T levels repeatedly but if it helps you fix your problem the best solution would be to try to go as long as possible without relapsing and then punishing yourself in some way after relapsing like maybe bone smash really hard or scratch your face in a way that is visible to the public, also don’t look at things that make you think about porn or get you hard (hot girls on tiktok, NSFW .org profiles, reddit, instagram, etc.) even seeing one large pair of breasts can make you relapse all over again. Hope this helps but I don’t really know what I’m talking about i’m just using basic psych and anatomy to solve this.

Porn doesn't cause erectile dysfunction, but a low libido definitely does. My libido was at its lowest when my stress levels were at the highest, and when I was playing video games so late at night that I wasn't sleeping. Fix your sleep, lower your stress levels, and exercise with weights, and you will have a much higher libido, which will make you want to jerk off at least once per day.

A lack of food also is terrible for your testosterone levels. It will make your metabolism crash and give you a low libido, make sure you're eating enough food daily.

Do you lift weights?
Do you sleep 8-9 hours or more per day?
Are you unemployed, or a student with a easy schedule or working at a low stress job like sales associate?
Do you track calories and make sure to consume what your TDEE requires?
Are you happy in your life?
Are you sure you're not on any medications that would reduce your libido?

Those are questions you need to ask yourself. Personally, after a hard workout, my dick just gets hard and I feel like wanting to jerk off. But when I used to undereat, and not lift weights, I was never horny. When you're horny, your dick will get hard whether you want it to or not. When that happens, you could be with any girl, and whether she is a 10/10 or a 5/10, you'll be able to get it up, unless you jerk off excessively.

Also, my true join date is August 19th 2020, I deleted my account back in April 2022, because I was spending too much time on here and not making any changes to my life and I thought if I left, maybe I could actually make progress. I returned after leanmaxxing and gaining enough muscle to look decent. My physique is now like Brad Pitt in Fight Club, except my abs aren't very defined since I never trained them.
