Lets discuss gymmaxing. Who here is cutting weight for summer? As a natty, you should get to 12% and no lower. If you dont have bones by then then most likely you just dont have them (which isnt that big a deal). You gotta cut my friends. Whats ur plan

I plan to run 300mg of test and 25mg proviron this summer while on a slight caloric deficit because im already at 13-14% bodyfat just trying to get to 10%

Why 10%? You will be plenty ripped at 12% and keep more size when wearing a tee shirt

I was working on my business and also studying, so I started eating like shit and now im bloated.

I'm gonna starvemaxx now. If I'm hungry, ill eat an apple and if I don't want an apple im not hungry enough.

No bro dont starve max.. if youre young u can cut weight without starving and infact still be full most of the time. When i was 16-19 i used to cut weight eating 2400 k calories a day. If you do it right at most you'll be a bit hungry at times of the day but it goes away quickly if you know how to ignore it. You can eat til youre mainly full. You wont ever be stuffed but you can still be satisfied. Starving will just lead to binge eating

Yes. You can set up cutting to where you honestly never feel really "hungry" but just slightly if you do everything right. Starving isnt sustainable and is actually gonna make you lose muscle.

and hows that? I had dinner a couple hours ago and since then I've eaten a packet of crisps, a fuck tonne of grapes and like a quarter of a melon, and I'm still hungry :lul:

Its two things. Its the combination of the fact you arent eating high protein/fat foods (healthy fats) and the fact you havent gone atleast a week without giving into cravings. Once you do that, the cravings basically go away and they become very small and less powerful after like a week of not giving into them. It could be a mental thing but im sure its also your body getting over the withdrawal of unhealthy carbs or overeating.

Because if youre overeating, youre not actually doing it cause you need the food or are actually starving. Its a mental thing (over eating). If done right, you can stop doing it without even feeling hungry. You dont need all that extra fuel, its just that often people do it cause they are bored, not genuinly hungry. Thats why they should stop. Its just a bad habit. Why not get lean and become the best version of yourself?

Cutting with Semaglutide atm. Cannot see a single viable reason why anyone would cut without a GLP1, completely side effect free and feels like bulking on a cut. Literally no reason not to use to get shredded.

"bulking" untill half june (will be 15 or 16% bf) then aggro cutting, shit plan tbh but I don't wanna lose muscle building time for next year
