D Deleted member 88357 ascension to heaven Joined Aug 18, 2024 Posts 435 Reputation 421 Dec 4, 2024 #5 if youre thinking about commisuroplasty you likely need upper jaw widening as most narrow mouths are caused simply by narrow jaws this can be done either via segmental lefort, or SARPE i would only consider commisuroplasty if your jaws arent narrow, but your lips are which doesnt happen often this surgery can leave unpleasant scars in the most visible places, only to be considered with true masters of soft tissue tho i think its a perfectuse case of verteporfin

My esr is already almost out of normal range, wouldnt it be a risk to get palate expansion?
