for me it works but if i see a nasolabial fold im afraid i will have to to turn into @Leo0509

i think it's impossible to widen without folds.
i tried with a device and it's mechanic giving wrinkles and folds immediately.
i gained like 9~10 mm easily.
so mouth widening works for sure but, with a price !

how you don't get i wonder ? because it basically "folds" your cheek part so that give wrinkles.
