Who is correct my dad or my BJJ coaches?

My BJJ coaches claim that women will be an inhibitor of progress, they gave me an example of this dude who got his blackbelt (which takes 10 years of constant training) and he ended up leaving the entire sport because his wife made him stop, as he was spending too much time on it. My coaches were telling me too how if I had a job offer in like London, that my wife would probably prevent me from moving too. That my career and shit would eventually stop because of a woman. Essentially women are going to inhibtit my ascension.

Now I ask my dad, and he says that's a lie. That having a wife and kids will motivate me to work and I will have my own life by then and be concerned about raising kids and no longer ascending. That when I become a dad my life will improve loads, that I don't need to do this ascension shit because I can just get a nice arranged marriage.

I am leaning towards my coaches tbh, I cannot envision myself with a wife and kids, I have too much left to do and don't want to stop my life with so many regrets. I either achieve my dreams or rope.

I want to buy a house and save up enough so I can live the rest of my days working as a bjj coach I guess. I plan to become a teacher, save up £100k to pay off a good amount of the mortgage off (possible for me). I want to travel around too.

I also plan to reapply for medical school too after a few years as well. I can't do any of this if I am chained down

I actually wanna set up either a fully remote job or online business so I can work and travel constently that would be awesome

I don’t really care about buying a house or anything atm but maybe that’s cos I was born into above average wealth so know I have my parents as a safety net

My parents are buying off mortgage for house rn, but I think getting on property market fast and buying a house off when young means I'll be spending less money on shit like rent and will be able to actually enjoy my life earlier
