I am very interested in mouth widening. I am hoping that palate expansion + microstomia prevention appliance will give me enough width.

The lateral commissuroplasty is obviously the most straightforward method to increase mouth width - but does it not leave permanent scars? That's what I've heard.

Yes, but eppley claims that male beard area+slight stubble hide it well.

Look at this guy, he had lip advancement, which creates a scar similar to mouth widening. Can you even see it with his facial hair at close up?
