Who is more likely to have negative canthal tilt?

Which race is most likely to have negative canthal tilt? Are meds , Arabs and Indians, or blacks more likely to have negative canthal tilt or are northern euros more likely to have them? Or is it equal likelihood? All I know is East Asians and native Americans hardly ever have it.
