Exactly. Some poor curry growing up in a shitty area without water and electricity and doesn’t attend school could have 160 IQ but would never be cognizant of his intellectual potential due to his environment

people with lower IOs, but better determination, self discipline, environment, knowledge can lifemog significantly higher IQ people to the outer galaxy. IQ is just your potential, the "cap" in your brain. whether you live up to it is on you
