He did 2 full MSEs (12 + 12mm) so 24mm of expansion of course its MSE so a lot of it is just teeth tiping. but this is fixable with multiple course of sfto. and yes he had a lower jaw surgery (IMDO) it brought his lower jaw forward 10mm and widened it 10mm also. cant u see the gif i sent.

nope since the cut is inter-molar the growth is not done completely sagittally because the jaw bone is at and angle this area it pushes the posterior jaw outward. This is with a 5 piece lower jaw surgery the only safe (for the tmj) way to widened the lower jaw.
